- Firstly for preparing kadai masala take a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds,red chilliy and pepper corn balls and dry roast for 1 minute.
- Grind it into fine powder.
- Take a Kadai and heat oil/butter in it. Add chopped onions to it.
- Cook it until it turns brown and then add tomato puree to it.
- Mix it well by adding ginger, garlic and green chilies into it.
- Cook the masala until it separates oil. Add salt and mix it well.
- On the other hand the pan and add a spoon of butter in it. Once it is heated add sliced tomatoes, onions, and panner to it.
- Saute it well and add salt.
- Now add the Kadai masala into it and toss it nicely.
- Now mix the dry vegetables into the gravy and adjust its consistency by adding water.
- Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
