- Isme jayefil javetri powder or garam masala powder daal kar isko bhune ke oil nikal jaye, phir isme tomtaoes and hari mirchen daal kar 1 min tak cook karen, choola band karden qeeme ka qorma ready hai!
- 2 jug pani leke usme zeera namak add karen
- Podina or lemon ko add karke pani ko boil karen, jab boil hojaye to usme soaked chawal add karen. chawalon ko half cook karen taake baqi teh me cook hojayen
- Dahi ke andar zarda rang daal kar mix karen, chawalon ko chaan le
- Pan me pehle oil daaalen phir chawalon ki ek layer dalen, phir usme qorma daaen, tomtoes and hari mirchen daalen
- Ispe podina, dahi or fried onion daalen
- Phir wapis uspe chawal ki layer daal lein, or uske upar fried onion or dahi add karen, phhir isko damm pe rakhden 10 12 mins
