Instructions to make to make Biryani
- Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Wash and chop all veggies. Take garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a blender make it into a fine puree.
- Heat Ghee a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf and sliced onions and saute till golden. Add in green Chillies saute for a minute.
- Add ground masala saute for a minute. Add in tomatoes cook for a couple of minutes. Add Biryani Masala Powder and salt. Mix it well.
- Add all veggies toss well in the masala. Add in soaked rice mix well with the masala. Add water and mix well.
- Add sugar. It's my secret 😊. Bring everything to a good boil. Simmer the flame cover and pressure cook. Now Biryani is done.
- Heat ghee in a small pan. Add cashews fry till golden. Pour this over the Biryani mix well.
- Veg Biryani is ready. Serve hot.🔥
