  1. Heat up oil in a pan add sliced onions fry till golden in color remove and keep aside. In the same pan add boiled eggsprick them first then add red chilli powder salt turmeric powder pinch saute and remove keep aside.
  2. Chop tomatoes and onions take ready ginger garlic paste slit green chilies keep them already.
  3. Take a pressure cooker add oil add whole dry spices saute add chopped onions fry till golden add ginger garlic paste saute add tomatoes cover for 2 mins add turmeric powder red chilli powder biryani masala.
  4. Mix well. Now add garam masala powder add wash rice (don't soak more than 5 min.) saute lightly.
  5. Now add curd switch off flame mix well green chilies fresh coriander leaves fresh mint leaves to add water (depends on your rice quality) add salt eggs fry onions coriander leaves mint leaves spread evenly ghee food colour/saffron cover lid make 1 whistle on high flame.
  6. After 1 whistle switch off the gas flame let it cool.
    Then open lid your yummy tasty biryani ready to eat
    Serve hot with any curd raita pickle salad
