- Wash curly flowers well. Cut into medium sized pieces. Transfer in blender and grate it well. (not a fine powder). Transfer in a pot and remove excess water.don't throw the water it's use in gravy. Maximum water remove and transfer in a pot and add onion, green chilli, coriander leaf, cumin powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, ghee, coriander powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, turmeric powder and mix it well. - Make all round size shape ball than heat oil in medium flame and put in the oil for deep frying in medium flame.colour looks golden brown than came out very gently. Keep aside. Than add 2tbsp oil and heat than add bay leaf, cinnamon, asafoetida, cumin seed and stir 1mint.than add onion+garlic puree/paste and cook for 5mints.add masala(ready in a bowl)given ingredients section and cook for 10-15mints.
- Colour have been changed now add puree(tomato+green chilli+ginger)and cook for 3-5mint.stir continuously.in this stage add fresh curd,little salt and mix well. Cook for 5mint. Than add excess water of grated curly flowers and add some water. Covered in and cook for 10-15 mint.
- Than put the fried kofta,mix it slightly,covered with lid cook for 2-3 mints on low flame. Turn off flame and ready to serve with curry.
