- 1 tsp Kasoori methi
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 4 small cardamom
- 1 javitri
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 4 tbsp Refined oil
- 1 tbsp cream (malai)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch sugar
- 1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
Instructions to make to make Kadai mushroom
- Take a kadhai add 1 spoon oil,saute onion (cut in 4 pc) for 1 minute for medium flam keep aside, now saute tomato 2 (cut into 4 pieces) keep asise same repeat process for capsicum.
- In a deep pateela add 1 lit water add 1/2 cup of milk boil water add mushroom(washed) cook 3-4 minutes and drain out keep a side and cut in to the peices.
- Now in the empty kadhai add 2 -3 spoon oil now add jeera And all khade masale fry it add chopped onion fry till it golden brown now add ginger garlic paste saute it.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes cook for 3,4 minutes now add turmeric powder,coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli, red chilli,saute it now add mmMAGGI MASALA E MAGIC now saute it add ½ cup or water cook again until oil separated.
- Now add mushroom fry to 2,3 minutes now add kaju magaz powder add kasoori methi, garam masala add cream ¼ cup cook cover with lid until oil separated.
- Add already saute tomato, capsicum and onion mix it now add salt sugar ¼sp add water ½ cup of water and cover with lid cook for 3,4 minutes. Now add coriander leaves. Served with roti,Nan etc.
